So how does it work?

You email us your requirements (click for link to email form)  including the time frame by which you need the services completed and we will reply with our quote. If you want to go ahead, then you return to the website select the fee structure that is right for you, complete the payment and then we will get to work.

Pre-Quoted Time:                                                                                                                                    Use the flexitime button below and when you get to the shopping cart enter the quantity of hours quoted.

Flexitime: at $29.00 per hour.                                                                                 Book an hour as and when you need help, email us your work and we will complete as much as possible in the one hour. This does not guarantee that we will be immediately available to complete tasks but we will endeavour to work within you time commitments.

For clients who want longer-term partnership we offer two package deals:

Eight hours per month (average of two hours per week) 5% discount.

Sixteen hours per month (average of four hours per week) 5% discount.

This way you can retain our time, paid in advance every month, ensuring we are available to meet your needs (specific time slots each week cannot be guaranteed e.g. Monday morning).  Any additional hours needed are billed at the flexitime rate; however any unused hours do not roll over to the next month. The added benefit to being a regular client is that we can get to know how your business works, so we can tailor what we do specifically to your business thus providing the best service for you. We become part of your team, working with you to help your business grow.

Important Points:                                                                                       

By working virtually, there are no geographical boundaries. If you are from the UK or USA you may enjoy the added benefit that your office work can be completed while you sleep. Because of the time difference where we are currently based in New Zealand you could wake up to find all your tasks completed and waiting for you in the morning. Be assured you are working with V.A.s for whom English is a first language.

Final proofreading and document approval is the responsibility of the client.

Expenses: Any expenses incurred, specific to the operation of a client's business (e.g. postage, letterhead, stationery, office supplies specific to the client's needs, etc.), are billed to the client. Note: Normal daily office supplies and equipment are The BizAssist's responsibility and expense; they are not billed to the client.

Please note that like the rest of the services The BizAssist offers, the V.A. services are targeted towards individuals, sole traders or small business. We don’t cater to large corporations.
